How Summy AI Copilot Works
The AI Copilot is a dialogue-based multilingual assistant powered by Kapa.ai and OpenAI that processes natural language queries entered in the chat.
It is enabled for all users at no additional cost:
- Click Ask Summy AI in the header of any product page to open the chat.
- Enter your question in the chat and wait for a response.
- Use the + button next to the message field to focus Summy on a specific task. When selected, the input placeholder updates to match the chosen functionality.
When Summy completes a write task, such as creating, editing, pausing, or activating a webhook, or creating or deleting an AML resolution rule, the confirmation message shows a button that will redirect you to the edited/newly created entity. Click Open webhook to go to the webhook configuration page, or Open AML resolution rules to open the AML resolution-rules settings. The button is not displayed if you reject the confirmation.
When you open Ask Summy AI in the Workflow builder, Summy automatically uses the current workflow as context, shown as a chip above the message field. If a specific step is selected, the chip expands to show the step name.

- Show me how much time it takes the user to pass the verification, starting from the verification token creation until they receive the final status of their verification, as a graph.
