A level is a sequence of steps that your applicants have to take to verify their identity. Each level may include document-based or selfie-based verification, Liveness & Face match, Short video fragment, Questionnaire, Payment methods, and many other.

This example shows a set up of basic verification steps.

There are two types of verification levels that you can create:

Individuals. Used for user verification.
Companies. Used for business verification.

You can create as many levels as you need. Each level may consist of different check sequences, depending on your scenario and how you want your applicants to be verified. For example, you can create a region-based level that requests one set of documents in low-risk regions and a different set of documents in high-risk regions.
