Full KYB 2.0
Enhance your business verification with Full KYB 2.0.
The Full KYB 2.0 includes the Auto KYB 2.0 checks, such as the Automated corporate registry check, Corporate AML check, and Associated Individuals Verification, and also verification of the uploaded Company Documents and Ownership and Management Structure Check.
All the new versions of the verification steps are provided with an updated appearance and the company search-by-name ability for ensuring the smooth work of business verification on all levels.
Also, multiple features have been improved within the new version of Full KYB verification:
- Associated individuals' roles merging. From now on, a person who holds multiple positions in the company management has to pass KYC verification once, if the identity verification requirements for their roles are similar.
- Company structure. The structure has become more transparent, clear, and functional—a new panel for editing the control structure and a pop-up window for managing the elements have been added.
- If we find referral information on the Ownership structure in registries, the second tab with the Registry data is shown in the Company Structure scheme.
- Mapped resubmission comments. In SDK 2.0, detailed explanations have been added to specific screens and fields to assist applicants in filling in the data and boost navigation within the verification process.
- Company Data view. The new verification result report has been split into two groups of the data received during the check—there are Extracted data obtained from the registries and documents and Provided data reflecting the information that has been filled out by an applicant.
How it works
The Full KYB 2.0 verification process includes submitting the data, processing it, and receiving the results:
- The applicant selects a country (and a state if required) and fills in the company name.
- The platform searches against aggregated corporate registries in the selected country and suggests a list of options. If nothing is found, the applicant enters the company data manually and runs the search again.
- When the company is found, the applicant picks it, enriches the company data if needed, and confirms the application.
- The application is being processed by the legal team in accordance with the Full KYB requirements. This may take up to one business day and the results will be shown in the applicant profile.
Get started
To get started with Full KYB 2.0 verification:
- Set up the WebSDK integration.
- Ask your Customer Success Manager or Support team to enable Full KYB 2.0.
- Add a business verification level with the Full KYB level type chosen and the WebSDK 2.0 toggle enabled.
- Configure business verification steps—Company data, Associated parties, Company documents and add the Questionnaire, Email verification, and Phone verification steps if needed.
- Set up configurations of the business verification level.
Receive verification results
The results of the Full KYB verification will be displayed in the applicant profile:
- In the Dashboard, go to the Companies page and open the necessary applicant profile.
- Navigate to the Watchlists, Company check, and Company Structure and Control and Ownership structure tabs to view the results on the check.
Additionally, there will be information on the Company data tab of the applicant profile. The data within the tab is split into two tables—Extracted Data and Provided Data.
The Extracted Data table shows the information received from the registries and attached documents. This may include the following:
- Company name
- Registration number
- Country and Location of registration
- Date of incorporation
- Tax/VAT number
- Legal address
The details in Provided Data are the information specified by the applicant in the fields manually. There will be only the data from the fields that you set up in the business verification level.
