You can request a new check of an applicant profile if you want us to perform applicant verification.

For example, you can request a check when you believe a mistake was made by the system during the previous check, or you are sending the applicant documents via the API and would like us to check the profile.

Get started

To request a check:

1. In the Dashboard, go to the Applicants section and open an applicant profile.
2. In the top menu, select Request check.

Upon requesting the check, the profile receives a Pending status and is sent to us for verification.

Note

The Request check button is not available for profiles that are in Pending, Queued, Prechecked, or Rejected statuses.
