The Sumsub Marketplace is where you explore and manage partner integrations — browse all available options and configure each one directly from a single place.

Each integration includes a brief description and a status label:

• Active — the integration is enabled and fully configured.
• Set up required — the integration is enabled but requires additional configuration.
• Disabled — the integration is not yet active.

Add new external integration

Enable more integrations available on the Marketplace page:

1. Navigate to the desired solution and click Request.
2. Contact our support team via chat in the Dashboard and ask them to set up a specific integration.
3. Wait for a reply.

Configure external integrations
