You can change the verification level that was set initially in case you want to verify your applicants using a different set of checks specified in another level.

Get started

To change the level:

1. In the Dashboard, go to the Applicants page and open an applicant profile.
2. On the User verification tab, under Summary, select Change level.
3. From the drop-down list, select a new level that contains a set of checks that you want to apply.
4. Click Change level.

Do not change the verification level when the applicant is being verified.
