Manage case lifecycle

Tailor your case management flow to your business needs and goals.

Our case management flow is designed to seamlessly take each case from its initial point to resolution.

Most steps of the flow, such as case creation and assignment, are automated. However, if manual interference is required, you have all the options for it.

For example, you can simplify and enhance your work in Case Management by adding transactions to your investigations and assigning cases in bulk to a dedicated officer.

Once a case is created, it appears on the My cases and the Overview pages.

You can also simplify and enhance your work in Case Management by adding transactions to your investigations and assigning cases to dedicated compliance officers individually or in bulk.

Overview cases

Once a case is created, it appears on the My cases and the Overview pages.

You can also simplify and enhance your work in Case Management by adding transactions to your investigations and assigning cases to dedicated compliance officers individually or in bulk.

The Majestic Overview functionality allows you and your compliance officers to evaluate the current workload and prioritize cases wisely.

On the Overview page you can find the following data:

  1. The number of cases to resolve.
  2. The number of cases awaiting a user.
  3. Resolved cases.
  4. Open cases per blueprint (assigned to user and all cases)
  5. Cases where an FIU report has been generated.

With these options, you will always be aware of your teams productivity and identify blockers early on.

If needed, you can add cases for the selected transaction or applicant manually.

  2. Click on the three-dot menu in the upper right corner of the screen and select Create case.
  3. Add the case title and the blueprint to be applied.
  4. Click Create case again to be redirected to the case page

To create a case for a transaction:

  2. Click Add to case.
  3. Select Create new case.
  4. Add the case title and the blueprint to be applied.
  5. Click Create case again to be redirected to the case page.

Add transaction to case

Transactions can be added to a case manually or via transaction monitoring rules.

Add transactions manually

To add transactions manually, do any of the following:

  • In the Dashboard, go to Transactions and Travel Rule, select the checkbox on the left of the transaction name, and click Add to case.
  • In the Dashboard, go to Transactions and Travel Rule, open any transaction from the list, and click Add to case in the upper-right corner.
  • Open an applicant profile and go to the Transaction monitoring tab, select a transaction from the Applicant Transactions list, and click Add to case.

Add transactions via rules

To add transactions via rules:

  1. In the Dashboard, open the Rules page.
  2. Select a rule from the list and click Edit.
  3. In the Create case block, select the Create with the matched transaction checkbox.

When done, all transactions triggering the rule will be added to a case for further review. For example, you can set up this process with the Multiple transactions with the same amount for the last 1 day rule and review the similar amount transactions more thoroughly via Cases.

🚧

Important

Transactions related to different applicant profiles cannot be added to the same case.

Assign cases

Typically, cases are assigned to compliance officers automatically, based on the selected blueprint. However, you can manually designate an officer to consider a case or all cases awaiting review.

To assign a case:

  1. Navigate to the Cases page.
  2. Filter the cases by a specific parameter if needed, and select the cases to be assigned by ticking the respective boxes (for bulk assign tick the box at the top of the list).
  3. Pick the assignee from the drop-down menu.

📘

Note

You can only apply bulk assign to the cases that belong to a single blueprint.
