Add transactions to case

Provide essential context for your investigations.

Transactions can be added to a case manually or using transaction monitoring rules.

Once configured, all transactions that trigger the rule are automatically added to a case for further review. For example, you can apply this process to the Multiple transactions with the same amount for the last 1 day rule, allowing your team to thoroughly review matching transactions in Cases.

🚧

Important

Transactions related to different applicant profiles cannot be added to the same case.

  • Open an applicant profile and navigate to the Transaction monitoring tab, select a transaction from the Applicant Transactions list, and click Add to case.

  1. In the Dashboard, go to Configurations → Rule hub → Installed rules.
