Product recommendations is an LLM-powered feature in Summy AI Copilot that analyzes your current Sumsub setup and active products to suggest relevant additions. Each recommendation includes a data-driven rationale to help you decide what to enable next.

Get started with product recommendations

To get recommendations from Summy:

1. In the Dashboard, navigate to Solutions.
2. If the feature is enabled, Summy analyzes your setup and returns a ranked list of self-enableable products, each shown as a product card with a rationale explaining why it fits your setup.
3. Select a product to proceed:

   • If a product is not yet enabled, Summy opens its setup page to help you activate it.

   • If a product is enabled but not configured, Summy highlights it in the list so you can complete the setup.

4. To explore suggestions further, select Continue in Summy. The same recommendation cards appear in the Summy AI Copilot chat, where you can ask follow-up questions.
