Transaction Monitoring analytics
The Analytics section helps you monitor Transaction Monitoring and Travel Rule activity through dedicated Dashboard charts. You can use it to:
- Review case outcomes.
- Compare automatic and manual review activity.
- Track transaction volume.
- Evaluate rule performance over a selected period.
In the Analytics section, you can see a number of default charts. To meet your requirements, you may also request a custom chart via one of the following methods:
- Contact your customer success manager.
- Use the chat in our Dashboard.
- Email us at [email protected].
Get started with analytics
In the Dashboard, go to the Transactions and travel rule section and open Analytics.
Most charts include the same filters and control options:
- Period — use Period filter to select the date range for the widget. You can select one of the built-in options (for instance, today or last 30 days) or set up a custom period.
- Show — Time-based widgets include the Show option. Use it to define how the chart groups data within the selected period.
- Refresh — click the Refresh icon to reload chart data.
- Download CSV — click Download CSV to export chart data for additional analysis or reporting.
NoteCharts in this section display summary data. You cannot open the related transaction, applicant, or counterparty by clicking a chart point.
Default analytics charts
By default, the Analytics section displays the charts listed in the table below to help you monitor Transaction Monitoring and Travel Rule activity.

Shows the number of Transaction Monitoring transactions that reached the completed status during the selected period with the exact dates. |
| TM rejected after onHold |
Shows the number of transactions that first entered the onHold status and were later rejected after review. |
| TM approved after onHold |
Shows the number of transactions that first moved to onHold and later got an approved status. |
| TM Automatic answers count |
Shows how many Transaction Monitoring review outcomes the system assigned automatically during the selected period. This chart can group transactions by its status:

| TM Manual answers count |
Shows how many Transaction Monitoring review outcomes reviewers assigned manually during the selected period. This chart can group transactions by its status:

| TM Unique transactions by review answer |
Shows the number of unique transactions grouped by review answer. This chart can show how many unique transactions ended with:

| Cash flow over time |
Shows the total transaction amounts across all transactions on the key during the selected period. |
| Turnover by applicant |
Unlike Cash flow over time, which shows total transaction amounts across the whole key, this chart groups turnover by applicant so you can compare activity between applicants. |
| Turnover by applicant and counterparty | Shows transaction turnover with more details on both applicant and counterparty. |
| Rule performance | Shows how often each rule was applied during the selected period. |
Rule performance by action |
Shows how often each rule was hit, grouped by action type. Use this chart to understand how individual rules performed and which actions they triggered during the selected period. |
