Make applicant documents inactive
Deactivate or archive applicant documentation.
The option of marking documents as inactive provides you with the ability to remove irrelevant documents from the verification process without the need for permanent deletion.
You can make any type of document inactive. Mind that the system does not allow to deactivate documents of the applicants currently being checked with the pending
, queued
, or prechecked
status.
After you deactivate the document, its photo and the data extracted during the check remain in the system. The step at which the document was uploaded gets the Requested
status. In this case, the status of the applicant does not change.
If you deactivate the document and then run the SDK, the applicant status will be changed to Documents Requested
.
Note
In case our system declines the document during the check, it will be uploaded to the applicant profile and automatically marked as inactive. We will ask the applicant to provide new photos.
Make document inactive
To deactivate the applicant document, follow these steps:
- In the Dashboard, go to the Applicants page.
- Select the Individuals or Companies section and open the profile of interest.
- Scroll to the Photos block and find the desired document.
- Click Mark as inactive.
To revert this action, complete the same steps and click Revert inactive.
