Create custom queues
Personalize transaction queues according to your scenarios.
You can create custom queues and assign cases to different compliance officers based on their competence and area of expertise.
Here are some situations where custom queues can benefit your business:
- Operating in multiple jurisdictions with a dedicated team for each location.
- Having different teams reviewing AML cases of the new and existing customers.
- Prioritizing tasks or escalating the review of the task marked with a specific tag.

Scenarios for custom queues
To create separate queues for the applicants with specific tags:
- Create a rule that puts applicants that meet specific criteria (for example, applicants come from the high-risk counties) on hold and add the hight-risk country tag.
- Create a queue that sends all applicants with the Put on Hold status that have the high-risk country tag to the dedicated expert.
To create a separate queue to prioritize processing of the new AML hits:
- Create an AML screening level.
- Set up ongoing AML monitoring, as described in this article.
- Create a queue that puts all applicants with the Ongoing AML monitoring trigger on hold and sends them to the dedicated officer.
To create separate queues for transaction makers/reviewer and transaction reviewers:
- Create a rule that puts the transaction meeting specific criteria on hold and adds the send to maker tag.
- Create a queue that sends transactions with this tag to your client’s dedicated officer.
- Create another tag — send to the reviewer and instruct your client’s officer to replace the send to maker tag after reviewing the transaction.
- Create a queue that sends transactions with the send to reviewer tag to your dedicated officer.
This will let the transactions move from one reviewer to another without any extra effort and streamline the approval flow.
