Manage applicant profiles

With Sumsub verification, you have a wide range of actions available when managing profiles of your applicants. Сreate new profiles, approve or reject applicants manually, and adjust their verification status as needed. You can also manage documents within a specific applicant profile — add new files or make inactive those you do not want considered during verification. Additionally, you can assign tags to applicants for better organization, change the verification level for a profile, request a profile recheck at any point, and take many other actions to help you manage applicants your way.

Note

If a lock icon is displayed in the top-right corner of the applicant profile, it means that editing has been restricted via API from your side — either when creating the applicant or when updating an existing one.

This restriction is fully managed on your side and can be enabled or disabled through the API.
