Use FastTrack for swift and secure verification.

FastTrack provides photo storage functionality for faster onboarding and higher conversion rates. It helps you speed up verification with the ability to reuse applicant documents during further checks and improves the loading time, allowing applicants to quickly access and share their documents with the verifying entity.

Why do you need FastTrack?

When you start using FastTrack, you can be sure that the documents meet the requirements since the FastTrack account contains only those documents that have already been successfully verified.

FastTrack protects applicant sensitive information and ensures that their documents are safe from unauthorised access. It is also safe as FastTrack follows GDPR.

To access the account, the applicant needs to confirm their identity, and when downloading documents from FastTrack, they will need to pass a Liveness check, therefore it helps prevent loss, theft, and leakage of data.

Since the flow of checks remains the same as with the standard document upload, the use of FastTrack will not entail negative changes in the usual verification process.

How FastTrack works?

FastTrack securely stores document pictures, not verification or check results. Once your applicants create the FastTrack account, they do not have to upload their documents again.

For first verification, applicants upload their documents manually. If all checks are successful, their files are transferred to the FastTrack profile. Once verified, applicants can store their documents as well as manage their data in one place.

For the FastTrack profile reuse, applicants have to complete just a few steps:

  1. Start the verification process.
  2. To upload documents via FastTrack, they should choose the Speedy verification option by clicking the Speed up your verifications button located after the description of the verification steps that you see before creating a Sumsub profile.
  3. To proceed, they enter and confirm the email address.
  4. After that, FastTrack suggests selecting documents from the previously saved ones.
  5. Once done, applicants follow a regular verification flow and do not upload any documents. All necessary files are copied from the FastTrack profile. All missing documents will be requested.
  6. To use the selected documents, applicants only have to pass a Liveness check.

How to create FastTrack account?

To create an account during verification, applicants should do the following:

  1. When starting the verification process, choose the Speedy verification option.
  2. Enter and confirm the email address. After that, the FastTrack account will be created.
  3. Follow the regular verification flow.
  4. Once applicants successfully pass all the checks, the required documents complete the FastTrack profile.
