Seats services
Seats define how named users access the Dashboard and which compliance operations they can perform in Sumsub. Each seat includes a predefined package of Dashboard capabilities and related services.
Each package combines a specific set of services that support compliance operations, case handling, analytics, reporting, AI-assisted work, and governance, depending on the seat type.
Sumsub provides two seat types:
- Core Seat — for users who perform day-to-day compliance operations, such as reviewing cases, managing applicants and transactions, and working with standard Dashboard tools.
- Platform Seat — for users and teams that need advanced operational capabilities, including automation, custom workflows, extended analytics, AI-assisted insights, reporting, and audit controls.
ImportantThe services included in a seat package form a single offering. Sumsub does not sell, provide, or enable these services separately as standalone Dashboard services. To access a specific capability included in a seat, a user needs the corresponding seat type.
Each seat belongs to a specific named user. A seat becomes active when the assigned user logs in to the Dashboard at least once during a billing period (calendar month). Sumsub uses active seats to determine Dashboard access and billing activity for that period.
