How Summy AI Copilot Works
Our AI Copilot works as a dialogue-based multilingual assistant that uses Kapa.ai and OpenAI to detect and respond to the natural language queries you enter in the chat box.
It is automatically enabled for all users at no cost:
- Click on the Ask Summy AI button at the header of any product page to open the chat box.
- Enter your question in the chat box in the free form and wait for the answer.
Questions you can ask
Most of our users who had already tried Summy AI Copilot were interested in generating various kinds of charts and graphs and exploring the product features.
Here are some of the queries they made:
- Show me the approved, pending, and rejected applications based on the month they were created (number of applications listed, not percentages).
- Show me how much time it takes the user to pass the verification, starting from the verification token creation until they receive the final status of their verification, as a graph.

| What types of queries can Summy AI process? | Summy AI can currently build graphs based on applicant data and retrieve information from the User Guide articles. However, it cannot answer questions about AML, payment methods, cases, or transactions. More capabilities are coming soon! |
| What should I do if Summy AI hallucinates or provides incorrect information? | If you encounter inaccuracies, escalate the issue to our support team. |
| Is Summy trained on real applicant data? | No, we do not train our models on applicant data. Instead, we use LLM as an auto-analyst to execute SQL queries. |
