Verify PoA documents

Conduct effective and secure address verification.

This page gives an overview of how to configure the process of address verification.

Step 1: Set up verification level

Create a verification level and do the following:

  1. Add and configure the identity verification step.
  2. Add Proof of address as a required verification step and select a PoA preset.
  3. [Optional] Enable geolocation (GPS as PoA) to validate the applicant’s address quickly and accurately. If needed, add custom address fields to collect additional address details.

    The fields are available only for GPS as PoA. For document-based PoA, any manual address input is collected via applicant data.

  4. Save your changes.

Step 2: Set up integration

Set up the WebSDK and MobileSDK integration and conduct verification.

Alternatively, you can use the Sumsub API.

Step 3: Handle verification results

Find and manage the verification results in the Dashboard or through the API.
