Applicants can be notified automatically by email every time their verification status changes. This happens if the email notifications are enabled in the verification level settings.

You can also send updates about the current verification status manually.

Get started

To send an email with the verification status:

1. In the Dashboard, go to the Applicants page.
2. Select the Individuals or Companies section and open the profile of interest.
3. From the menu in the top-right corner, select Email status to applicant.

Once confirmed, an email message with the current verification status will be sent to the email address specified in the Profile data section of the applicant profile.

Note

• The Email status to applicant option will not be available if the applicant email address was not provided.
• If resubmission is required, the email would also include a Verify me link which is available for 7 days.
