Test Applicant actions
Run tests to examine how Applicant actions work.
In Sandbox, you can perform test Applicant actions and get the results before going live with this feature.
Important
- We recommend conducting these tests only in Sandbox mode.
- To perform the test, you must have an approved applicant at the Standard verification level.
To test Applicant actions in Sandbox:
- Choose an approved applicant on the Standard verification level or create a new applicant for testing and copy its
externalUserId. You can find it in the applicant’s profile under the Profile data section. - Go to the Integrations → Individuals page, choose an Applicant action level, and do one of the following:
- Click WebSDK permalinks on the right-hand side of the level record, or
- Open the level and click Verification links → Permalinks.
- In the External user ID field, paste the applicant’s
externalUserIdto generate the link. - Click Generate link, then use the link to perform the Applicant action check.
After the check is completed, details of the Applicant action will appear in the applicant’s profile in the Actions tab. For more information about the Applicant action check results, refer to this article.
