Product recommendations by Summy AI Copilot is an LLM-powered feature that analyzes your current Sumsub setup and active products to suggest logical additions for your business. Each recommendation includes a clear, data-driven rationale to help you quickly decide what to enable next.

Get started with product recommendations

To get recommendations from Summy:

1. In the Dashboard, navigate to Solutions.
2. If the feature is enabled for you, Summy will analyze your setup and return a ranked set of self-enableable Sumsub products, each shown as a product card. Each card carries a reason explaining why the product fits your setup.
3. Select the product to act on:

   • If a product is not enabled, Summy opens its pre-configured setup to help you turn it on.

   • If a product is enabled, but is not configured, Summy highlights it in the list, so you could finish setting it up.

4. To keep exploring the suggestions in chat, select Continue in Summy. The same recommendation cards will be displayed in the Summy AI Copilot chat, where you can ask follow-up questions.
