November 2024

In November, we have made changes to the use of VPN during Address Verification and improved Travel Rule data exchange. Transaction Monitoring has been updated with the new features, as well as changes to the data display. We have redesigned the modules and pages in the Dashboard to increase the level of clarity and conciseness. Also, the KYB 2.0 steps have been enabled for all clients and the Questionnaire functionality has been supplemented with the new settings.

More updates are on the way!

Transaction Monitoring

Multi-Factor Weighted Scoring

We have released a new feature for calculating the risk score more thoroughly—you can add weights to tags, then add the tags to your rules and get a more accurate risk assessment.

Also, the Assessment tab has been provided with a functionality to display groups of transactions/rules based on their risk types.

Report indicator in Cases table

The Cases table has been updated—once a regulatory report is generated from the case, you will see a tag showing the report type and a flag identifying a particular jurisdiction.

Rules rearrangement

Now there are separate sections for the Active and Test rules. Within each section, the rules will be displayed in an updated order—from the most critical ones to the cases that do not require urgent consideration:

  • Reject
  • On Hold
  • Awaiting user
  • Scoring
  • Pre/Post scoring
  • Failed rules

Improved data transparency for Payment Source checks

More data clarity and visibility have been provided:

  • In the Payment source check, the more detailed information on the mismatches between specific data points will be displayed to applicants.
  • If an action is created from a transaction, the number of the transaction will be shown directly on the tab of the check.

The Deposit/Enterprise accessibility:

  • View information about all Database products and solutions in detail.
  • Learn additional product details using the Contact Support button which offers subject items, chatbot communication, and support agent connection.
  • Contact our Customer Success team to discuss product implementation and commercial details via the Enable button.

The Self-service (Basic and Compliance Plan) accessibility:

  • View all Database products and solutions in a reduced format.
  • Easily access our technical documentation which provides supporting information concerning Database Solutions.

New applicant list design

The table with the list of applicants both Individuals and Companies has been beautified. The appearance has become more smooth and in line with the rest of the design updates.

A new setting has been delivered to allow selecting multiple countries while filling out a questionnaire. The feature is available only within the WebSDK 2.0.
