In December, we have made several updates to our Dashboard, expanded the list of supported documents, and provided new verification document templates so that you can test your integration effectively.

User Verification

New verification document templates

New pre-made document templates are now available for testing:

  • Passport (Germany) — can be used as a second ID or as a separate ID; always accepted.
  • PoA (Germany) — water bill, can be used as a separate document or in pair with IDs from the Accepted templates section; always approved.
  • PoA (Germany) — water bill; always rejected.

Non-Doc Verification

Solution compliance assessment

Our Non-Doc Address Verification solution has been assessed for AML compliance in more than 30 countries.

This feature allows checking whether the Address Verification is required and accepted via document-free methods in a particular country.

Database Products update

The list of Available Database Products and Solutions has been improved with the new features:

  • Product segmentation by country has been introduced.
  • Multiple expanded product viewings are now available.
  • Solution tags have a hover function for additional information.
  • Information tooltip has been added to the Verification Method.
  • Source names for additional 38 products have been added.

User Verification

New KYC levels

From now on, all new customer accounts will automatically have the following KYC levels:

  • id-and-liveness — you can verify your applicants by ID and Liveness check.
  • id-only — you can verify your applicants only by ID.
  • idv-and-phone-verification — you can verify your applicants by ID, Liveness check, and Phone verification.

Permissions update

Now we have two separate permissions for viewing applicant text data and uploaded images:

  • See applicant's personal data — the ability to see the personal data of applicants.
  • See applicant’s images in personal data — the ability to see images in the personal data of applicants.

A new Service Usage tab has been added to the Statistics section to show the child keys data. This new tab allows you to view the actual usage of services on keys for different time periods:

  • Chart at the top provides a visual overview of service usage.
  • Table below offers structured data for easy reference.

Database Validation

New Data Validation service

New Data Validation Service for the Australian Region has been delivered within Database Solution.

Australia DVS Verification helps to verify applicants by leveraging the Document Verification Service (DVS) source in Australia. Sumsub’s Document Verification Service (DVS) ensures that personal information on Australian identity documents match official government records.

Transaction monitoring

Business verification within onboarding

The onboarding transaction monitoring rules now include the Company data and business verification expressions to process such applicants.

New set of bundles

New antifraud bundles have been developed for User Platform Events. The bundles can be found in the Library section.

Workflow Builder

New feature to manage verification flows

The ability to restrict navigation back to a previous level has been added in the Workflow Builder’s functionality. Once enabled, applicants can't go back within their verification flow and change the provided data, answers, etc.
