In January, we have made changes to Business Verification to avoid creating duplicates and ensure a clearer display of company information. Also, our MobileSDK plugins have been updated, and we have made a dedicated table in the Dashboard with all the regulatory reports.
Business Verification
Verified parties lookup on account in the KYB 2.0
If an applicant has already been verified and has their email listed, their profile will be automatically linked to all new KYB verifications to prevent duplicates. It also applies to verified companies, which are linked by their registration number and country.
Grouping beneficiaries we get from registries
Now beneficiaries that we extract from registries are merged and created only if the applicant confirms them on the Associated Parties declaration step.
Company status sync with its associated parties
To reflect changes in the Company Ownership structure, we have made several adjustments to the automation:
- Company is approved if it had been verified and all parties in the Company Structure have been approved.
- Company is rejected if any nested applicant got final rejection.
- When AML ongoing triggers on any nested applicant, the company moves to Requires Action.
SDK
MobileSDK updates
We have released 1.34.1 versions of the next plugins:
We have also implemented a policy of maintaining each MobileSDK version for one year after its release. Now, to update an application, you need to upgrade to the latest MobileSDK version.
Sumsub app disabling
We have removed the Sumsub app (Unilinks for MobileSDK) from Google Play and App Store. For the functionality of Unilinks, you can use the WebSDK.
Dashboard
Regulatory reports depository
Now you can find a dedicated table in the Dashboard with all the SAR/STR reports generated previously from the cases.
