In this release, we have added support for the Chinese language in the Dashboard, rolled out a new solution tailored to the iGaming industry, extended Non-Doc verification and database cross-check country list and methods, and added support for CIPC in South Africa for Business Verification.

Database Verification

  • National IDs from South Africa and Kenya, in addition to Kenyan passports, are available for additional validation through government databases.
  • Driver Licence validation through government databases in Vietnam is now available. The service is enabled through the Vietnam Road Administration Database. After inputting the user’s driver license number and date of birth, the system validates it and extracts the full record, which we cross check against the document data as well.

Language selection update

We've updated our language selection process to improve the user experience. Now, applicants can choose the most appropriate language for them. The list of available languages depends on your contract’s terms.
