February 2024

In this release, we have updated AML Cases queues, TM rule bundles, and Dry Run rules in Transaction Monitoring. We have also added a new applicant status that can be used as a condition in the Workflow Builder.

Transaction Monitoring

Updated AML Cases Queue

We moved the AML Cases screen within our queues & provided you with some new features and tools to streamline the compliance review process on your side. Now, when reviewing AML hits on counterparties, compliance officers can do the following:

  • Assign AML cases.
  • Filter AML Cases by various parameters—for example, hits country or match status (false positive, potential match, etc.).
  • See more data on the AML case without going into it, i.e. risk labels of hits (Sanctions, PEP, etc).

TM Rule bundles updates

  • AML Screening and decisions for Travel Rule transactions: screen prescored transactions, hold or reject transactions with potential or matched AML hits.
  • Money Laundering basic rule to highlight potential structuring using rounded amounts.
  • Account Takeover rules: device mismatch or if the withdrawal method was changed.

Dry Run rules updates

Now there is more clarity and visibility in the Dry Run mode:

  • Now it’s possible to identify transactions at a glance.
  • Added a hover over the score to provide even more information.
  • Transaction page is now updated to represent the new logic.

A reminder of what is Dry Run & how to use it can be found here.

Workflow Builder

Applicant status Resubmission requested can now be used as a condition in the Workflow Builder:

This means that you can:

  • Delegate applicants based on non-final rejection button IDs (Expired PoAs, Bad ID pictures).
  • Delegate applicants with a particular rejection or country.
  • Change required documents without waiting for an applicant to be finally approved or rejected.

Dashboard

We’ve added an opportunity to add Applicant Tags to the Applicant Summary Report.

All you have to do is select which of your tags you want to appear in the report by simply ticking the little checkbox in the tag settings. And that's it! The selected tags will now be included in the summary report.
